Gregory Packaging

Gregory Packaging is a third generation, family owned juice processing and packaging company located in the easily accessible hub of Newark, NJ. Using SUNCUP as a proprietary label, our frozen juices are packed in 3oz, 4oz and 6oz foil sealed plastic cups, as well as 4oz and 8oz Eco cartons. We utilize the GREGPACK label brand in our line of 12/32oz juice concentrates, which are reconstituted in a 3+1 ratio.

The Hallmark of Gregory Packaging's success, has been our unfailing adherence to premium quality, while maintaining our pledge to be a low cost producer to our valued customers. All of our juices are packed to USDA and FDA Grade A standards. The USDA Grade A shield is available on all cups and cartons.

Our processing and packaging warehouse is an 80,000 square foot "state of the art" facility, houses our  "in line" reconstitution and packaging process which asssures superior quality control and labor saving efficiencies. Concentrate, introduced to the process, passes through reconstitution, flash pasteurizing, cupping, lidding, packaging and put away in our freezer in 20 minutes from start  to finish. Quality control is maintained by our "in house" Food Technology Staff, with samples continuously pulled and tested for compliance with identity standards, freedom from bacteria and contaminants fill level and appropriate flavor. Samples are then retained for future reference.

The product integrity is of utmost importance as it finally reaches the consumer. Our goal is total satisfaction and confidence in our SUNCUP and GREGPACK labels.
