Zerega is America's leading custom manufacturer of dry pasta. We supply pasta to food processors, distributors and restaurant chains throughout North America. We produce over 150 million pounds of pasta annually in more varieties than anyone else.

Zerega's plants in New Jersey and Missouri supply many of the country's largest pasta users. While these facilities are equipped for mass production, both can produce relatively short runs of specialized shapes at a cost comparable to that of standard pasta. A full complement of bulk and retail packaging equipment and our national distribution network meet virtually any pasta need.

We trace our roots back to Brooklyn, NY, where Antoine Zerega founded the American pasta industry in 1848.
