Turkey Torta

Tradition gets a new taste when a Torta is piled high with Perfect L'attitudes™ Slow Roasted Turkey Tinga (215102)
Ingredients:
   32 oz. Perfect L'attitudes™ Slow Roasted Turkey Tinga 215102
   8 Telera Rolls
   8 oz. Lettuce, shredded
   8 oz. Pico de Gallo
   4 oz. Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
Insturctions:
  1. Heat turkey according to manufacturer's directions: Thaw frozen 5 lb. packs 24-36 hours in the refrigerator. Remove from plastic package and place in foil pan/hotel pan. Place uncovered in pre-heated 350°F oven for 25-30 minutes, then break apart with tongs, meat forks, or dough cutter. Place back in oven and cook for about 10 minutes until thoroughly heated and browned and an internal temperature of at least 140°F is reached. Remove from oven and break apart/shred further (while still in the pan), with a dough cutter, or a pair of meat forks.
  2. Slice telera rolls in half. Place turkey on bottom half of roll. Top with pico de gallo, lettuce and jalapeno peppers. Top with remaining half of roll.
